Manual Diversified Adjustments
Hands-on care, when it’s the right fit.

While I often lean toward gentler techniques in my practice, there are times when a traditional manual adjustment is the right tool for the job. I use Diversified Adjusting in cases where a more direct, hands-on approach is warranted—always applied with intention and care, and never as a one-size-fits-all solution.

This technique can be especially helpful for:

-
Extremities like hands, elbows, fingers, feet, and toes
-
Patients who respond well to manual joint release
-
Younger populations and children, who often prefer this approach over muscle work, as it typically doesn’t cause the post-treatment soreness that can follow deeper soft tissue techniques
